Up until recently we have only provided our property preservation services to large national servicing companies. We  have subcontracted for Countrywide, Chase, First American, Wells Fargo, Bank Of America, SPS, and Fidelity just to name a few. We provide services such as re-keys, re-glazing , minor and major rehab, lawn maintenance, debris removal, board-ups, hazard removal, maid service/interior cleanup, pool drainage, and eviction lock outs. We offer digital photos of all work, such as before and after shots of clean ups and boarding. Digital photographs can be sent via e-mail or uploaded to your internet site. We also offer an online request form and 24 hour rush work orders. We offer very competitive rates and can usually beat competitor prices by 5%.
